Data processing agreement (umowa powierzenia)
The Polish version is legally binding.
The clinic is the controller of patient and employee data, MyMedArm is the processor. The agreement sets out the subject, duration, data categories, security measures, sub-processors, assistance to the clinic, and return and deletion of data when cooperation ends.
