Frequently asked questions
Where is the data stored?
On MyMedArm servers in the European Union. At launch — data centres in Germany. The country and provider are written into the agreement with the clinic.
Do I need to install anything?
No. MyMedArm opens in the browser, and on a phone you can add it to the home screen — it then works like an app.
Does it suit a dental laboratory?
Yes. Choose "laboratory" when registering — positions and channels will be for technicians, orders and logistics.
Which languages?
Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English. The legally binding version of the documents is Polish.
How much does it cost?
A pilot is running now. Pricing will be announced before launch — in advance and openly.
