Work chat rules
The Polish version is legally binding.
Rules for using the clinic's work chat and GDPR information for the employee: controller, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention period, rights. Accepted before the first message; every new version — again.

The 13-point template in four languages is built into the app: the company owner fills in the details (name, address, NIP, contact, DPO, monitoring start date, retention period) and publishes the rules in the “Chat” section. Every employee accepts them before their first message; the version, language, text hash, device and IP address are recorded.
Working draft: before launch for a real clinic the text will be reviewed by a Polish lawyer.
This is how the confirmation will look
Acceptance becomes possible once the text is approved. A document without approved text cannot be accepted with legal effect.
