Sub-processors
The Polish version is legally binding.
Public list of companies whose services MyMedArm uses when processing clinic data: name, country, what they do. Changes are announced to clinics 30 days in advance.

Testing stage. The test platform holds only fictional data, all services run on MyMedArm's own server. No data is passed to any external company.
Planned sub-processors of the production version (the list is confirmed and signed before the first real clinic):
Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany — servers, database, files and backups; data centres in Germany, inside the EU.
Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS and the information website only. The application and API do not go through Cloudflare, so medical data never reaches it.
Transactional email provider — to be chosen; only the recipient address and the text of system notifications.
